Postpartum adalah masa persalinan dan segera setelah kelahiran, pada masa waktu saluran reproduksi kembali ke keadaan semula. Sectio Caesarea adalah pelahiran janin melalui insisi yang dibuat pada dinding abdomen dan uterus. Ketuban pecah dini (KPD) adalah keadaan pecahnya selaput ketuban sebelum persalinan. Bila terjadi sebelum kehamilan usia 37 minggu KPD pada kehamilan pretematur. Dalam keadaan normal 8-10 % perempuan hamil aterm akan mengalami KPD. Peran perawat diperlukan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang ditetapkan pada kasus Ny. L, 20 tahun dengan postpartum sectio caesarea atas indikasi ketuban pecah dini. Tujuan penulisan kasus ini yaitu untuk memperoleh pengalaman nyata dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien postpartum dengan sectio caesarea atas indikasi ketuban pecah dini. Diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul pada kasus yaitu resiko hipovolemic berhubungan dengan kehilangan cairan aktif; nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik prosedur operasi; resiko infeksi berhubungan dengan efek prosedur invasif; intoleransi aktivitas berhubungan dengan kelemahan; dan devisit pengetahuan berhubungan tengan kurangnya informasi. Hasil yang dicapai setelah melakukan asuhan keperawatan yaitu hipovolemik tidak terjadi; nyeri teratasi; tidak terjadi infeksi pada luka operasi; intoleransi aktivitas teratasi; dan devisit pengetetahuan teratasi. Kesimpulan: Asuhan keperawatan cukup efektif untuk diterapkan pada pasien postpartum dengan tindakan sectio caesarea atas indikasi KPD. Keywords: Postpartum, sectio caesarea, ketuban pecah dini.

Abstract
Postpartum is a period of labor and after birth, the period of which the reproductive tract returns to its normal state. The period is often called the puerperium. Sectio Caesarea defined as the birth of the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus wall. Premature Rupture Of Membranes (PROM) is a rupture (breaking open) of the membranes (amniotic sac) before labor begins. If PROM occurs before 37 weeks of pregnancy, it is called preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). Prom occurs in about 8 to 10 percent of all pregnancies. The role of nurses is needed in the provision of nursing care which is applied in the case of Mrs. L, 20 years old with postpartum sectio caesarea as indicated premature rupture of membranes. The purpose of writing this case if to gain real experience in providing nursing care to postpartum with sectio caesarea as indicated PROM patients. Nursing diagnoses that appear in cases is risk of hipovolemic associated with active fluid loss; acute pain associated with physical injury agent operating procedure; risk of infection associated with effect of invasive procedure; activity intolerance associated with weakness; deficit of knowledge associated with less information. The result achived after carrying out nursing care is hipovolemic dos not accur; pain resolved; no infection occurs in the surgical wound; activity intolerance resolved; and deficit of knowledge resolved. Conclusion: The nursing care is quite effective to be applied to patients with postpartum sectio caesarea as indicated PROM. Keywords: postpartum, sectio caesarea, premature rupture of membranes.
