Tujuannya untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma bronkial dengan melakukan terapi teknik pernafsan buteyko untuk mengatasi pola nafas. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus disertai penerapan praktik berbasis bukti. Penulis mengharapkan hasil asuhan keperawatan dilakukan pada pasien anak perempuan, umur 12 tahun, dengan diagnosa medis asma bronkial Hasil pengkajian ditemukan 4 masalah keperawatan yaitu, pola napas tidak efektif, nyeri akut, resiko hipovolemik, gangguan pula tidur. Implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan penerapan latihan teknik pernafasan buteyko progresif 15 menit dengan frekuensi 3x/hari selama tiga hari untuk mengatasi pola nafas pasien. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pola nafas anak membaik RR 31x\menit. Kesimpulan penerapan latihan teknik pernafsan buteyko dapat diterapkan pada pasien dengan asma bronkial untuk mengatasi pola nafas. Kata kunci:Asma bronkial, inhalasi nebulizer, mengatasi pola nafas Abstract Bronchial asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the airways. The aim is to apply nursing care to patients with bronchial asthma by carrying out Buteyko breathing technique therapy to overcome breathing patterns. The writing method used is a descriptive method with a case study approach accompanied by the application of evidence-based practice. The author expects the results of nursing care to be carried out on female patients, aged 12 years, with a medical diagnosis of bronchial asthma. The results of the assessment found 4 nursing problems, namely, ineffective breathing patterns, acute pain, risk of hypovolemia, and sleep disturbances. The implementation carried out was implementing the progressive Buteyko breathing technique exercise for 15 minutes with a frequency of 3x/day for three days to overcome the patient's breathing pattern. The evaluation results showed that the child's breathing pattern improved RR 31x\minute. Conclusion: The application of Buteyko breathing technique training can be applied to patients with bronchial asthma to overcome breathing .
