Sectio Caesarea adalah tindakan medis yang dilakukan untuk membantu kelahiran yang tidak dapat dilakukan secara normal karena masalah kesehatan ibu seperti penyakit yang diderita ibu selama kehamilan atau penyakit yang sedang diderita ibunya seperti Hepatitis. Sehingga diperlukan tindakan pembedahan Sectio Caesarea untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi pada bayi, sedangkan dampak tindakan SC bagi ibu yaitu pada pasca pembedahan akan mengalami nyeri dengan intensitas yang tinggi, hal tersebut mengakibatkan produksi ASI yang tidak lancar dikarenakan ibu enggan menyusui bayinya. Intervensi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI yaitu pemberian daun katuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus disertai penerapan EBN. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan pada seorang ibu (30 tahun) dengan postpartum sectio caesarea dengan indikasi hepatitis B. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menerapkan asuhan keperawatan dan pemberian daun katuk pada pasien postpartum sectio caesarea atas indikasi hepatitis B dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan komprehensif yang dilakukan untuk memperlancar produksi ASI. Terdapat lima masalah keperawatan yaitu nyeri akut, menyusui tidak efektif, intoleransi aktivitas, risiko perdarahan dan risiko infeksi. Penerapan EBN pada kasus yaitu memberikan daun katuk 3 kali 270cc dalam sehari untuk memperlancar suplai ASI. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan peningkatan jumlah ASI, sebelum diberikan daun katuk jumlah ASI sebanyak 2 cc dan setelah diberikan penerapan daun katuk pada hari ke tiga jumlah produksi ASI meningkat menjadi 20cc. Disimpulkan bahwa perawat dapat mengedukasi pemberian daun katuk pada pasien dan keluarga untuk memperlancar produksi ASI. So it is necessary to operate Caesarea section to prevent the occurrence of complications in the baby, while the impact of SC action for the mother is that in the post￾operation will experience pain with high intensity, which results in inadequate milk production because the mother refuses to breastfeed the baby. A nursing intervention that can be performed to increase milk production is the delivery of frog leaves. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach accompanied by the application of EBN. Nursing is carried out on a mother (30 years) with postpartum sectio caesarea with indication of hepatitis B. The aim of the study is to apply nursing nurseship and giving a leaf of frog to a patient with postparto sectio Caesarea on indications of hepatitis B with a comprehensive nursery process approach that is performed to streamline the production of breast milk. There are five nursed problems: acute pain, ineffective breastfeeding, intolerance of activity, risk of bleeding and risk of infection. EBN application in the case is to give leaves 3 times 270cc in a day to streamline milk supply. The evaluation results obtained an increase in the amount of milk, before giving leaves 2 cc milk and after giving the application of leaves on the third day the production of breast milk increased to 20cc. It was concluded that nurses can educate the delivery of leaf milk to patients and families to streamlined milk production
