ASI mengandung banyak gizi yang diperlukan bayi usia 0-6 bulan dalam proses tumbuh kembang yang baik. Tujuan penerapan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI dan mencegah bendungan ASI pada ibu postpartum. Subyek penelitian adalah ibu postpartum dengan masalah produksi ASI. Metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan studi kasus dan penerapan evidence based nursing pada ibu postpartum sectio caesarea. Penerapan dilakukan dengan cara pemijatan pada daerah 1-1,5 cm diatas areola mammae tepatnya sinus laktiferus, selama 2 hari dengan durasi intervensi 15 menit dilakukan 2 kali sehari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan terapi woolwich massage pada ibu postpartum sectio caesarea belum terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan produksi ASI, dikarenakan 1-4 hari setelah melahirkan produksi kolostrum jumlahnya terbatas. Namun terbukti mampu mengurangi pembengkakan payudara dan memberikan rasa nyaman serta rileks pada ibu. Kesimpulan: woolwich massage efektif diterapkan sebagai terapi untuk memperlancar pengeluaran ASI sehingga dapat mengurangi pembengkakan payudara, dan mampu memberikan rasa nyaman serta rileks pada ibu postpartum. The purpose of application is to increase breast milk production and prevent breast milk dams in postpartum mothers. The research subjects were postpartum mothers with breast milk production problems. Descriptive research method, with case studies and application of evidence-based nursing in postpartum sectio caesarea mothers. The application was carried out by massaging the area 1-1.5 cm above the areola mammae, precisely the lactiferous sinus, for 2 days with an intervention duration of 15 minutes, carried out 2 times a day. The results showed that the application of woolwich massage therapy in postpartum sectio caesarea mothers has not been proven to significantly increase breast milk production, because 1-4 days after giving birth the production of colostrum is limited. However, it is proven to be able to reduce breast swelling and provide a sense of comfort and relaxation to the mother. Conclusion: woolwich massage is effectively applied as a therapy to facilitate milk release so as to reduce breast swelling, and be able to provide a sense of comfort and relaxation in postpartum mothers
