Bronkopneumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menyerang saluran pernafasan dengan manifestasi klinis bervariasi mulai dari batuk, pilek, dan sesak yang disertai dengan panas. Tujuannya untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien bronkopneumonia dengan melakukan terapi inhalasi nebulizer untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus disertai penerapan praktik berbasis bukti. Penulis menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien anak perempuan, (2 tahun), dengan bronkopneumonia berat. Hasil pengkajian ditemukan tujuh masalah keperawatan yaitu bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif, pola napas tidak efektif, hipertermia, resiko hipovolemik, resiko defisit nutrisi, ansietas, resiko infeksi. Implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan penerapan inhalasi nebulizer dengan Ventolin + Nacl 0,9% progresif 10-15 menit dengan frekuensi 3x/hari selama tiga hari untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas pasien. Hasil evaluasi penerapan inhalasi nebulizer dapat mengatasi bersihan jalan napas. Penerapan terapi inhalasi nebulizer dengan ventolin + Nacl 0,9% dapat diterapkan pada pasien dengan bronkopneumonia untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas. Selain itu perawat perlu dapat mempertimbangkan dampak hospitalisasi pada anak saat melakukan tindakan. Kata kunci: EBN, bronkopneumonia, inhalasi nebulizer, mengatasi bersihan jalan napas. Abstract Bronchopneumonia is a disease that attacks the respiratory tract with varying clinical manifestations ranging from coughing, runny nose, and shortness of breath accompanied by fever. The aim is to apply nursing care to bronchopneumonia patients by carrying out nebulizer inhalation therapy to improve airway clearance. The writing method used is a descriptive method with a case study approach accompanied by the application of evidence-based practice. The author applies nursing care to a female patient, (2 years), with severe bronchopneumonia. The results of the assessment found seven nursing problems, namely ineffective airway clearance, ineffective breathing patterns, hyperthermia, risk of hypovolemia, risk of nutritional deficit, anxiety, risk of infection. The implementation carried out was applying nebulizer inhalation with Ventolin + Nacl 0.9% progressively 10-15 minutes with a frequency of 3x/day for three days to improve the patient's airway clearance. The evaluation results of the application of nebulizer inhalation can improve airway clearance. Application of nebulizer inhalation therapy with Ventolin + Nacl 0.9% can be applied to patients with bronchopneumonia to improve airway clearance.
