Perilaku kekerasan merupakan respons terhadap stressor yang dihadapi oleh seseorang, yang ditunjukkan dengan perilaku aktual melakukan kekerasan, baik pada diri sendiri, orang lain maupun lingkungan, secara fisik maupun psikologis. Akibat yang dapat dirasakan pada klien saat marah yaitu merasakan tidak nyaman, tidak berdaya, jengkel, frustasi, menyalahgunakan dan menuntut, serta perilaku menarik perhatian dan timbulnya konflik pada diri sendiri. Berdasarkan akibat yang terjadi maka peran perawat dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan jiwa sangat dibutuhkan yang meliputi aspek yaitu promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif. Tujuan penulisan kasus ini untuk diperolehnya pengalaman secara nyata dalam pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Jiwa pada klien dengan Risiko Perilaku Kekerasan. Diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul pada kasus yaitu Risiko Perilaku Kekerasan, Gangguan Sensori Persepsi : Halusinasi Pendengaran, Isolasi sosial, Defisit perawatan diri: Berhias, Gangguan Konsep Diri : Harga Diri Rendah, dan Regimen terapeutik inefektif. Kesimpulan : Klien terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dapat mengontrol perilaku kekerasan dengan cara fisik, patuh minum obat, verbal, dan spiritual. Kata kunci : Asuhan keperawatan jiwa, Akibat Perilaku kekerasan, Risiko perilaku kekerasan Abstract Violent behavior is a response to stressors faced by someone, which is shown by the actual behavior of violence, both on oneself, others and the environment, physically and psychologically. The consequences that can be felt on the client when angry is feeling uncomfortable, helpless, annoyed, frustrated, abusing and demanding, as well as attracting attention and conflicting behavior in yourself. Based on the consequences that occur, the role of nurses in providing mental nursing care is needed which includes four aspects, namely promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. The purpose of writing this case is to gain real experience in the implementation of Psychiatric Nursing Care for clients with Risk of Violence Behavior. Nursing diagnoses that appear in the case are the Risk of Violence Behavior, Perception Sensory Disorders: Hearing Hallucinations, Social Isolation, Self-care Deficits: Make-Up, Self-Concept Disorders: Low Self-Esteem, and Effective Therapeutic Regimens. Conclusion: Clients have increased ability to control violent behavior by physical, obedient medication, verbal, and spiritual means.
